Q: Does Skyline Realty offer property
management services to owners out of the state or country (absentee
owners)?
A: Yes! For over a decade, we have assisted owners from all over the
world or the United States who own property in Greater Boston, and
want a hands off approach. We have many satisfied owners that have
used our system long distance.
Q: Does Skyline Realty offer its own
property management staff and crew?
A: Yes! For most jobs, we simply dispatch our own in-house staff
with over 15 years experience in carpentry, painting, floors,
bathroom and kitchen repairs, and much more. For larger projects we
require bids from insured and bonded contractors.
Q: What is the typical procedure of the
apartment turnover service?
A: If the tenant has left the unit in a good condition after
move-out, the cost of service to professionally clean is the
tenant's responsibility, however we do check wood floors, and the
condition of paint. We also fully inspect kitchen and baths.
Q: How does Skyline Realty handle tenant
qualifications?
A: Skyline Realty will never discriminate on the basis of gender,
orientation, familial status, race or religion. We abide strictly by
Equal Housing Laws. We approve tenants on the basis of previous
history, criminal and background checks, and ability to pay the rent
within set guidelines. Our application process requires an interview
and approval of both the manager and the owner of a property.
